CY School Partnership: Plant-based dinner

The students of the CY gastronomy school will be using the mini-vegetables of Maison Sales for their dinner based on plants.

Mission accomplished for the students who welcomed about fifty guests on 15 February 2022 at the Jean Drouant Hotel School in Paris! They imagined and elaborated an original menu highlighting the flavours and textures of Culinary Art Plants®.

This collaboration between the CY gastronomy school and Maison Sales was born of the common desire to make future chefs aware of the use of delicate products, to give them the opportunity to familiarise themselves with mini vegetables and culinary flowers and to sublimate them.

This evening was an opportunity for Maison Sales to introduce its range to young, passionate and demanding people, who are looking for quality products and authentic flavours for the pleasure of their guests.
