As part of its mission to educate children about taste and a balanced diet, SIST Perpignan-Méditerranée is offering CM1/CM2 children attending school restaurants in the area the chance to take part in a culinary challenge called "Les Mini Toques", with Maison Sales as a partner and Olivier Sales as a member of the jury.
This challenge is organised in partnership with the Association des Toques Blanches du Roussillon (www.toques-blanches-du-roussillon.com).
The aim is to raise children's awareness of the art of eating well, eating seasonal vegetables and using local produce, by creating a recipe for 6 people.
