The fresh fruit and vegetable interprofession turned to Maison Sales to take part in a film tracing the path of the vegetable from production to the plate alongside Laurent Lemal, Chef of La Balette* in Collioure and Christian Berthe, President of the Lyon-Corbas wholesale market.
This video, broadcast on Air France international flights, is an opportunity to promote and recognise our terroirs and gastronomic heritage throughout 2022.
