The idea behind this event is to have top-of-the-range specialities made by Toques blanches, renowned chefs from the Pyrénées-Orientales department, and eaten by a public of gourmets.

That evening, Maison Sales mini vegetables were given pride of place by Michelin-starred chef Laurent Lemal, with his recipe for puffed courgette flower with artichoke, parmesan shortbread, tapenade gel and begonia duckweed.
