Mediterranean Gastronomy Festival: Partnership with the Toques Blanches du Roussillon
7 and 8 November 2021

On 7 and 8 November 2021, the first edition of the Mediterranean Gastronomy Festival took place in front of the Palais des Congrès in Perpignan.

The Pourcel brothers and Chefs (restaurant le Jardin des Sens in Montpellier) and Chef Alain Delprat (restaurant le Yucca in Perpignan), have created some lovely recipes including mini endives, mini carrots and mini turnips from Maison Sales.
