At the final of the ECOTROPHELIA France competition held on Thursday 30 June 2016 in Avignon, Bruno Dupont, President of Interfel, and Jean Sales, Interfel Director in charge of the Accessibility Innovation Committee and President of the ECOTROPHELIA France Fruit and Vegetable Innovation Jury, presented the two prizes awarded by the fresh fruit and vegetable Interprofession to the Senzza and Poés'île projects.
"Open up, create, surprise, simplify again and again, provide more reassurance and pleasure and more service, for the benefit of an increasingly demanding consumer, ready to buy new pleasures, new uses, new experiences...".
With the support of the Grandes Ecoles and universities, the "Trophées Etudiants de l'Innovation Alimentaire" (Student Trophies for Food Innovation) are designed to uncover new sources of inspiration!
